The Deluxe Service differs from or standard service as it is more supervised and managed, cleaners are employed by us, putting it simply the buck stops with us.

Our maids are competent and careful. They can also iron. Dust and polish or full turn out and scrub. Regular or one-off domestic cleaning; our cleaners will do a spectacular job. We are happy to discuss your needs and fulfil your requirements. We also have specialist cleaners for windows and carpet cleaning or cleaning after disasters, fire or flood.

We have provided a traditional, high quality domestic cleaning service since the 80's, supplying domestic cleaners by the hour, by the day or the week to do your regular domestic cleaning and ironing. They will even do your shopping or take your dog for a walk.

All our domestic cleaning staff undergo an intensive training course and have all attained certification standard. We were the first domestic cleaning company to put all our staff on an NVQ course, which is overseen by the British Institute of Cleaning Science and City & Guilds, to ensure that you have only the best kind of domestic cleaner working for you. Naturally we carry out full indemnity insurance to protect your our client and indeed ourselves against any contingency.

We provide a suitable domestic cleaner and we continue to monitor the situation and offer a replacement should it become necessary, either temporarily for reasons of illness or holidays, or permanently if your cleaner were to leave you. Or you might just ask us to replace the cleaner at any time for reasons of your own. We cannot of course promise that a given domestic cleaner will be with you forever and a day, but we can certainly make every effort to ensure that you will never be left high and dry. We invoice you monthly in arrears at an hourly rate from £12.50 + vat, subject to settlement by Direct Debit.

Please note that we hold keys for several hundred houses and apartments throughout London, and that we operate a very security-conscious system for the storage, handling and control of these. We are members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen, and are delighted to report that we won the British Cleaning Academy's Golden Palm Award for Cleaning Company of the Year. Our clients have for many years been kind enough to say that we provide an excellent service and we have countless letters to that effect.

You will be interested to learn that we run a computer program designed to monitor the arrival and departure times of our domestic cleaners so that you, as our client, can be sure of receiving absolute value for money.
