Our standard service payment differs to the deluxe as it is split into two charges,you will pay your cleaner cash in hand on a weekly basis and then your agency fee is paid quarterly via direct debit to Chalcot house. Please see below for price details for the agency fee and cleaner rate.
Cleaner £6 per hour
Agency fee per quarter £160+VAT
You will be allocated a regular cleaner from our database based on your specified requirements. All our cleaners are carefully screened and vetted to ensure that they are honest and reliable and will provide you with excellent quality of service.
The following are thoroughly checked:
* References.
* Proof of address.
* Identification.
Your cleaner normally will have quite a few customers, and we monitor performances with other clients to make sure your cleaner maintains a high standard. We encourage your comments on our service. Please tell us if you encounter any problems as we strive to maintain a high performance level.
Selecting
We can arrange for a supervisor to visit you. You tell them what you need and they will give you help and advice.
The Same Cleaner Regularly
Our vetting is carefully done to ensure that your cleaner will stay with you. We cannot of course promise that a given employee will be with you forever and a day, but we can certainly make every effort to ensure that you will never be left high and dry.
If You Are Not Happy With Your Cleaner
Although unlikely, if you are not happy with your chosen cleaner, let us know by phone or E-mail and we will immediately allocate you a new cleaner from our database.
To Stop Using The Service
Your contract continues up to the end of each quarterly payment period, that is the minimum term. To cancel you have to do so in writing giving us one months notice to coincide with the end of a quarterly payment period. You should also cancel your Direct Debit with your bank.
Payment
Direct Debit is the most effective way of keeping the costs down and is the most convenient way of paying our fee.
